“Got a call this morning from my tenant to say the boiler wasn’t working. Got straight away on checkatrade and called around few tradesmen. First few wasn’t very helpful. TLP gas services were very helpful. Explained there was call out charge and told me what are the common issues and how much it costs. Seemed pretty straightforward and also willing to accommodate my needs ( liaising with me and the tenant). No issues whatsoever and got a call to say how much it would cost to repair and I was happy to proceed. Very professional and helpful service. Thank you!”

Tyron arrived when promised, assessed the job, and provided a sensible solution which eliminated any wall drilling, and minimised the amount of pipe required. I remarked that once finished, no-one would know the works had been done as they were well concealed and tidied away. Tyron is a very likable, polite gentleman and I'd be happy to have him back on any other jobs in future.”
